Hi, I’m Susie, the social media manager, content creator, and creative brain behind Socially Susie.
I’ve always been drawn to the part of social that makes a brand feel like more than a business. The visuals, the voice, the weird little details, the ideas that make someone stop scrolling and think, wait, I like them.
Creatively, I’m a bit of a contradiction. I love things that feel polished, elevated, and beautifully put together, but I’m equally entertained by something unexpected, funny, slightly strange, or completely unserious. That mix shows up a lot in the way I approach content.
I’m naturally curious, detail-oriented, and always paying attention to what people are responding to online. I love figuring out why something works, how it could work better, and what would make it feel more specific to the brand instead of looking like content anyone could have made.
Socially Susie grew out of that way of thinking: part strategy, part creativity, part instinct, and a willingness to change direction when a better idea comes along.
At the end of the day, I just really like making good things for interesting brands and helping those brands feel a little more like themselves online.
Why choose me?
Because there’s no copy-and-paste strategy here.
Every brand has a different personality, audience, rhythm, and reason for showing up online. I take the time to understand those things before deciding what its social presence should look like.
I bring both the creative and strategic sides to the table. I can think about the bigger picture: positioning, content direction, consistency, performance, while still caring about the caption, the crop, the first two seconds of a video, and whether something actually feels right for the brand.
I’m also flexible. Social moves too quickly for a strategy that can’t move with it. I’m comfortable planning ahead, but just as comfortable pivoting when the data says something isn’t working, a new opportunity pops up, or a much better idea appears halfway through the process.
I’m comfortable with AI, and I use it as a tool when it actually makes sense. Sometimes that means testing a visual, roughing out a first idea, or generating content when it fits the brand. It doesn’t replace the strategy, the taste, or the call about what should actually go out.
Most importantly, I don’t want to turn your brand into somebody else’s version of “good social.”
The goal is to make it more recognizable, more intentional, more interesting, and more unmistakably yours.
